Days 13-14: Packaging & Documentation

Final packaging, COA issued, phytosanitary certificate, export documents prepared.

Days 15-17: Cap-Haitien Export

Container loading, customs clearance, vessel departure from Cap-Haitien port.

Days 18-22: Ocean Freight

3-5 day transit to Miami. Real-time tracking available in buyer portal.

Days 23-25: Miami Import

FDA/USDA clearance, customs broker processing. Balance invoice sent.

Days 26-27: Delivery

FOB Miami pickup or delivery to your warehouse. Arrival feedback requested.

Complete Key Data Elements (KDEs) and Critical Tracking Events (CTEs) captured for FDA's enhanced traceability requirements effective January 2026.

USDA Organic (In Progress)

$8,000 investment underway. Expected certification Q2 2026. Currently sourcing from organic-practice farms.

Phytosanitary Certificates

All shipments include USDA/APHIS-compliant phytosanitary certificates from Haitian Ministry of Agriculture.

FDA Prior Notice

We file FDA Prior Notice for all food imports. Customs broker handles entry documentation.
